Story
This was taken the day after having to lock the doors of my childhood home for the last time. After 22 long years, my dad finally sold the house. I experienced everything here so this wasn't an easy transition. Before embarking on my drive to my new “home” I wanted to take one last photo while still “living” in Meriden. I took this photo with intentions of adding it to my photo-book about my my time in Meriden. A very close friend of mine(Max), also a photographer, went with me to take this photograph. His car high highbeams is actually the light you see coming from the right of the photo. After this photo was taken we would talk a bit longer before I left to head “home.”
